1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 green apple
1/4 cup parsley
¼ cup mint
1 stalk of celery
½ inch of fresh ginger
½ lemon (peeled)

Juice in juicer, chill and enjoy. Remember the skin in full of nutrients, juice it too!
